We had an amazing family getaway! The nearby hiking trails in Zillertal were amazing and perfect for our active adventures. The staff was cute, and the spacious two-bedroom suite provided all the comfort we needed. Mom loved the delicious, varied cuisine served at the hotel!
My kids wished for a bit more variety in the kids' meal options.

comfortable bed, huge bathroom and a big balcony and double glazed windows in the room. location right by hikes, which both offered super nice tours with amazing nature, restaurant and the speicher zillergruendl for hikes.

The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk to city life. The rooftop pool and wellness area were highlights. The food was great, especially the breakfast with plenty of options.

Facilities were fantastic
Hotel staff were not very welcoming or informative about how to get the most from the hotel. Disappointing as it let down my perception of the hotel as a whole. Food not that great either.

And the bedroom's comfort added to our relaxation. Although noise from nearby music was a bother occasionally, the overall dining experience, highlighted by an extensive breakfast buffet, was excellent.

The junior suite was spacious with a balcony and amazing mountain views. The spa had an amazing rooftop pool and various saunas. Breakfast featured freshly made omelettes, and dinner had multiple courses with local ingredients. The staff was attentive and quick to provide extra towels and bathrobes.
